About The Job:
JG Development, inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team. We are looking for someone who has strong organizational skills to provide the project team with information and support to perform the steps in completing construction projects.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Assist operations team in planning and tracking commercial construction projects.
- Maintain detailed project records, including submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and close out documentation.
- Create new project file folders in the network and accounting system.
- Prepare and distribute contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Oversee RFI and submittal workflow.
- Prepare and distribute monthly applications for payment.
- Manage project close out documents.
- Coordinate- attend internal meetings and document key action items.
- Oversee lien wavier process.
- Ensure we have COI for each project.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and QUALIFCATIONS NEEDED:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and high volume
· Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
· Proficient in software programs, Microsoft Office- word, excel, outlook, etc.
· Strong understanding of construction processes
· Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance is required; with the ability to travel within Wisconsin and other states as necessary
· Successful completion of background check
