Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage relationships for optimal service delivery.
- Utilize data analysis tools such as Tableau to monitor logistics performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
- Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing order fulfillment processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in category management efforts by analyzing sales data to inform purchasing decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and inventory control practices.
- Familiarity with NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
