What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Technology Implementation Consultant position at JGA Recruitment Group?
We are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals with experience in WorkForce Software (WFS) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will support clients through the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of the system.
Successful candidates should possess strong customer service abilities and a deep understanding of WFS. This is a full-time remote position (40 hours per week) based in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and analysis to ensure smooth implementation
- Oversee project management tasks and timelines
- Gather and document configuration requirements
- Configure WFS solutions according to client needs
- Guide clients through user acceptance testing sessions
- Manage deployment processes and support go-live activities
- Conduct training sessions for end-users
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of WFS modules
- Foster strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support
- Continuously expand knowledge and expertise within the team
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in system configuration
- Provide prompt and reliable support to both customers and colleagues
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience with WorkForce Software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable engaging in video calls and virtual collaboration
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Must be located in North America and able to work remotely
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are a bonus
