Senior HRIS Analyst – Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the management and optimization of ADP Vantage systems for a 10,000-employee population.
- Support the development and implementation of HRIS processes and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HRIS capabilities with business needs.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and timely reporting across the organization.
