Senior Time & Attendance (T&A) Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX / Hybrid
Salary: $90-110K

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst to lead Time & Attendance configuration and compliance for a large workforce, working closely with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME for ADP Time & Attendance, supporting end-users and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain pay rules, ensuring compliance with FLSA and union standards.
- Collaborate on system integration, testing, and process improvements.
- Document configuration changes and conduct regular audits for data integrity.
Requirements:
- 7 years with ADP Time & Attendance (strongly preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll calculations.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and collaboration skills.
