JGP Insurance Group is looking to hire a highly-motivated individual to work in a HYBRID REMOTE office selling multiple lines of Insurance.
Our O'Fallon, IL office is looking for a motivated inidividual who is interested in working at the highest commission structure and wants to have complete control of their work schedule. This person is responsible for the lite service, sales and retention of client accounts. Managing client new and renewal business, handling client questions and requests, policy checking and coverage review.
- NO LICENSE - NO PROBLEM!! - We will assist you getting your licenses. JGP Insurance will provide your pre-licensing coursework and guide you throught the state and federal licensing process!
- As an agent you will have full access to an UnParalleled Training Program and agency administration system through the Craig Wiggins Agency Training and Administration program!
- RENEWAL INCOME - As long as you are employeed wth JGP Insurance you will receive 100% of your renewal income and qualify for a vesting program after 2 years of continuous service.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in sales and business development preferred.
- High School Graduate.
- Hold a state insurance license or willing to obtain one within an agreed upon timeframe.
- At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is preferred
- Life & Health license is a plus, must eventually be able to obtain
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
- Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Must be comfortable with internet based programs as well as intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Sets priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
- Maintain a cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts. Ability to work in a team environment.
- Spanish Speaking (Bi-Lingual) is a plus.

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Community involvment and weekly particpation in business networking oppourtunities/groups
