Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, producers, and insurance company personnel. This includes managing accounts, processing renewals, and providing proactive support to meet the agency's production and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate account files in AMS360 and ImageRight
- Process incoming mail and requests for service in a timely manner
- Develop and implement pre-renewal strategies to ensure seamless renewal processes
- Negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy terms with carriers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and producers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid New Jersey Property & Casualty Producer license required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the insurance industry
- Extensive knowledge of Habitational Insurance and Products
- Proficiency in Agency Management Systems (AMS360 and ImageRight) and MS Office
