Personal Assistant – High-Standards, Hands-On Role

Location: Inland Empire, CA | Schedule: Very Part time | Pay: Weekly via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal

I am hiring a dependable, adaptable personal assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is a task-oriented, active position for someone who’s highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives on variety.

You’ll be working alongside a business owner across multiple projects and companies — no two days look the same, and we love it that way. If you're looking for a quiet desk job, this isn't it. But if you're someone who takes pride in getting things done right, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deep residential cleaning (including bathrooms and kitchens)
• Weekly meal prep assistance
• Errands, order pick-ups, and supply drops (up to 70 miles)
• Cleaning and maintaining animal habitats
• Setting up an animal sanctuary and assisting with live animals
• Helping with construction, remodeling, and general organization
• Filing paperwork, writing contracts, and filling out documents
• Supporting locations as needed

Must-Haves:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to squat, kneel, lift up to 50lbs
• Comfort with jumping between tasks and managing your own time
• Clear communication and personal accountability (late? Let us know make up your hours)
• Smart safety practices around children, animals, and tools
• Appropriate clothing for various hands-on tasks (no open-toed shoes, etc.)
• Willingness to use the “Motion” app for task management (we cover the subscription)
• Strong respect for confidentiality and professionalism at all times
