Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Communication:

• Collaborate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

2. Project Start-Up:

• Review contract documents and establish project budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Develop safety and mobilization plans.

3. Documentation & Control:

• Oversee buyout processes, define scopes of work, and ensure subcontractor compliance.
• Manage schedules, change orders, shop drawings, and document control.

4. Financial Oversight:

• Administer owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Manage requisitions, payments, and ensure optimal cash flow management.

5. Project Closeout:

• Lead inspections, utility transfers, owner training, and punch list completion.
• Deliver warranties, as-builts, and manuals to the owner.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of project management experience on large-scale, complex projects.
