Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager for projects in Jackson, WY. The successful candidate will oversee the project schedule, budget, and communication between the owner, architect, and contractors.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of project schedule & budget
- Participation in the estimating & invoicing process
- Coordinate onsite meetings and maintain active communication with the project team throughout the life of the project, including owner, architect, contractor, & consultants
Key Project Management Tasks
- Manage all project documentation, including:
- Budget
- RFPs (Requests for Proposal)
- RFIs (Request for Information)
- Submittals
- Subcontracts
- Change Orders
- POS (Point of Sale) reports
- Shop Drawings
- Punchlist
- O&M Manual (Operation and Maintenance)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 2 years of project management experience in custom residential construction
- A degree in construction management or a similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Bluebeam/Adobe
