- Participation in the estimating & invoicing process
- C coordination of onsite meetings and maintenance of active communication with the project team throughout the life of the project, including owner, architect, contractor, & consultants
- Management of all project documentation, including Budget, RFIs, Submittals, Subcontracts, Change Orders, POS, Shop Drawings, Punchlist, O&M Manual
