Job Description
As a Project Manager at JH Builders' Jackson office, you will be responsible for managing project schedules and budgets, participating in estimating and invoicing processes, coordinating onsite meetings, and maintaining active communication with the project team.
You will also be responsible for managing all project documentation, including budget, RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, change orders, POS, shop drawings, punchlist, and O&M manual.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years project management experience in custom residential construction.
- Degree in construction management or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and Bluebeam/Adobe.
