Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate professional to assist with in-processing and administrative support. The contractor will be responsible for appointment scheduling, document tracking, and customer service to ensure a smooth transition for incoming personnel and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage inbound appointments using SharePoint.
- Confirm arrivals and coordinate with internal team.
- Conduct Welcome Center in-processing and ensure compliance with base procedures.
- Review, monitor, and update SharePoint site content.
- Provide general customer service support, including walk-in assistance.
- Track, manage, and maintain documents and forms.
- Assist sponsors by providing required information internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and track base in-processing appointments within a 45-day period.
- Ensure the accurate completion and storage of base locator cards.
- Assist with reissuing necessary documents when required.
- Liaise with leadership for required documentation compliance.
- Maintain detailed records and input data into SharePoint and shared drive folders.
- Collect and submit feedback forms for reporting.
