Primary Responsibilities (Position Summary) :
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to perform all aspects of the Land Development process
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and team members
- Prepare and submit proposals to potential clients
- Provide design oversight and QA / QC for assigned projects
- Drive project profitability through successfully managing project deadlines and budgets
- Build relationships with current and potential clients seeking to find their areas of greatest need
