Job Responsibilities :
- 10 years of experience in software industry and as a technology executive.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven technology leadership experience in information services or technology industries with emphasis on AI, Machine Learning and Data Platforms using Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, DevOps.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple, complex technology projects and leading teams with high engagement and strong outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence all levels within an organization.
- Experience and knowledge in effectively working with offshore development partners and optimizing onshore / offshore footprints.
- Well versed in Agile project management.
- Executive level oral and written communication skills.
- Lead the development of technology roadmap that includes technology refresh of legacy systems, utilization of enterprise cloud platforms and latest AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies.
- Lead engineering planning and execution processes to deliver projects on-time and on-budget with the highest quality and performance.
- Build and manage offshore operations and shared services. Evaluate and make recommendations on outsourcing / sourcing model, where appropriate.
- Partner with Product Management, Operations and Sales to ideate on the differentiating features, capabilities and experiences to enable CompuMark to grow market share and leadership position.
- Partner with Technology Leadership Team and other businesses to develop enterprise technology capabilities and platforms.
- Accountable for the departmental budget, project / program schedules, key performance metrics and cross-functional coordination.
