We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows that enhance business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and scripting languages, enabling seamless integration of automation solutions within the existing IT infrastructure, applications, and databases. This role requires a strong problem-solver with the ability to debug, maintain, and optimize existing automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Create detailed documentation for automation processes, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Implement automation solutions in a robust and scalable manner.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing automation processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms for potential automation projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their automation needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in automation development, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), scripting languages (e.g., C , JavaScript, Python, PowerShell), and workflow automation platforms.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
