Your Role
- Hands-on participation in automated cell-based product manufacturing
- Participate in troubleshooting and transfer of processes from R&D
- Function within a high-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and flexibility
- Maintenance of ARMI's documentation standards through proper record keeping
- Wear proper PPE and observe all safety/environmental and ARMI guidelines to ensure that a safe and professional work environment is maintained
- B.S with 2 years of experience in cell-based product manufacturing
- Experience with closed, scalable manufacturing systems
- Experience with aseptic technique and cleanroom gowning
- Experience with processes involving a variety of cell types, including Pluripotent Stem Cell expansion and differentiation Pancreatic islet differentiation experience preferred
- Experience with technical SOPs and master batch records
- Experience with GMP and/or GLP
- Preferred knowledge of one or more of a variety of untargeted and targeted characterization methods, including analytical assays such as real-time PCR, ELISA, or flow cytometry
