Full Time Housekeeper/assistant
We are an extended family with three homes in and near Fort Collins. We are looking for a reliable full-time employee to help maintain the homes inside and out. The homes are: a large home in SE Fort Collins (parents); a home in SW Fort Collins (daughter with husband and three small children); and a home in NW Windsor (son).
Duties:
Indoor cleaning, kitchens, baths, floors, dusting, windows, laundry
Outdoor (summer only) lawn mowing, weeding and ground level windows
Occasional food prep assistance, errands, child care.
Must have reliable transportation (mileage paid).
The position is a full-time 40 hour per week, Monday to Friday position. Salary is $3500.00 per month plus benefits (paid vacation , contribution to health insurance, normal employer taxes) and mileage reimbursement.
Candidates require experience in all areas of home upkeep and physically fit. References, background, credit checks and drug test required.
