Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate CNC machine operators and technicians.
Assign tasks based on production schedules and priorities.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and address employee concerns
Plan and oversee CNC machining schedules to meet production deadlines.
Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to maintain efficiency.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, and maintenance) to optimize processes.
Monitor CNC machines for proper operation and performance.
Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Work with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and upgrades.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
