As the Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll play a key role in assisting with daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and staff alongside our Studio Manager & Director of TACK. You’ll bring strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a passion for community to help foster Jibe’s mission.

Responsibilities
- Front Desk
- Responsible for working up to 5 shifts per week as a front desk member
- Assistant Studio Manager
- Assists the Studio Manager for Front Desk employees in the South Carolina market
- Training is cohesive, and rider expectations are met
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and termination as needed
- Ensuring the Front Desk team is well-versed and motivated in selling any promotions, memberships, credit packages, apparel, special events, and challenges
- Creating a culture of accountability, motivation, and enthusiasm within the team
- Identifying opportunities for employee growth and professional development
- Assists with communication via the Jibe Issue group chats
- Assists the Studio Manager with the Studio Management Calendar
- Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the studios
- Assist with inventory, ordering, dispersing, and restocking of the studios
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to studio software, payment systems, or other operational tools
- Assist with bike maintenance
- Assist the Studio Manager with administrative tasks
- Assists with the sales funnel
- Assists with the emails
- Assists HQ team
- Assist as needed with daily sales reports
- Assist as needed with Front Desk sales quotas
- Assist with in and out-of-studio special events, partnerships, and Instagram
- General Support & Communication
- Assist with all major studio issues and repairs as they arise
- Assist by answering all Jibe emails and texts within 24 hours
- Communicate to the management team on any issues that arise with the Front Desk or riders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and staff.
- A passion for customer service with a commitment to providing an outstanding experience for all clients.
- Must have availability to work weekdays and weekends.
- Must have availability to work in the morning, midday, and evening.
- Must be able to commute to our Mount Pleasant location.
