In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience. Your expertise in automotive repair and customer service will help ensure customer satisfaction while effectively managing service operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs, including auto estimating for various services.
- Document customer concerns and relay information to technicians for efficient service writing.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs and any necessary updates.
- Recommend additional services based on vehicle maintenance needs, including tire service, brake repair, and alignments.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
- Stay informed about, automotive sales techniques, and industry trends to better serve clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A background in automotive sales or related experience is beneficial.
