We are a local, family-owned Jiffy Lube franchise committed to serving the Pee Dee and Upstate regions of South Carolina since 2002. We operate 5 locations in the Pee Dee (Florence and Lake City) and 10 locations in the Upstate (Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Easley, Mauldin, Greer, and Moore). We are a three-time Franchisee of the Year award winner within the Jiffy Lube nationwide network. Bronco Lube LLC is seeking to hire Customer Service Advisor/Writers to continue our legacy as the RIGHT option for automotive maintenance and repair in SC since 2002.
Type of Work Performed:
- Creating the ultimate customer service experience from arrival at our facility until the completion of service.
- Reviewing the vehicle inspection report with every customer advising on recommended and optional services.
- Assisting customers in the decision making process by explaining benefits, costs and product features.
- Completing sales to include taking payment.
- You may also assist in the service center with vehicle service when needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Sales experience with a passion to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Automotive knowledge will be helpful but not required.
- Must be able to utilize a Windows 10 computer system to navigate customer information and take payments.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors, spending up to 10 hours per day standing/moving around the facility.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License
