Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and more, adhering to Jiffy Lube standards
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests of vehicle systems and components, such as brakes, batteries, and lights
- Engage with customers, discussing their vehicle's maintenance needs, and providing recommendations for additional services when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly following safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling physical tasks such as lifting and prolonged periods of standing
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Eagerness to learn and advance within the automotive industry
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is a plus, but not required
