Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Reading Specialists, Organizational Coaches, and Special Educators to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning among students. This role involves working with students to enhance their skills through tailored instruction and engaging activities.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective curricula that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual learning styles.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to support struggling students and promote development of self-confidence.
- Design lesson plans that incorporate various teaching strategies and resources.
- Communicate progress and challenges with students, parents, and staff effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong skills in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Previous experience in tutoring or providing individualized instruction is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for educating students and fostering their love of learning.
