About the Role:
As an Case Review Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who have been injured and need legal assistance. You will play a critical role in assessing case viability, gathering essential details, and ensuring a seamless intake process.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Answer and screen inbound calls from potential clients
✔️ Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather critical case information
✔️ Assess potential cases and determine eligibility based on firm criteria
✔️ Maintain accurate and organized client records in the case management system
✔️ Coordinate follow-ups and schedule consultations with attorneys
✔️ Provide a compassionate and professional client experience
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a law firm or customer service role (personal injury experience is a plus)
✅ Strong communication and active listening skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus
