Jim Cook Chevrolet GMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced used vehicle manager or perhaps a dual role GSM/UVM. We are a small store so multi-roles are essential until volume necessitates otherwise. Income highly dependent on skills and performance. We believe our employees are our greatest asset. - Acquiring used vehicles via trade-ins, sales from individuals, and auctions to fulfill our market demand.
- Leading and mentoring sales representatives.
- Utilize CRM and appraisal tools to close deals.
- Market both new & used vehicles to increase market share.
- Minimum two years automotive sales management experience is required.
- Must have great hands-on leadership skills.
- Must have great communication skills for both employees and customers.
- Must have strong desking and closing skills.
- Must be able to use common sense to structure and make deals happen.
