Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:
- Assisting customers, including internal associates
- Marketing to retail customers
- Answering phones
- Assist in hiring, managing, and supervising the service department performance, including advisors, technicians, BDC, cashiers, etc.
- Assist in maintaining a high Customer Service Index rating, reduce customer complaints, and increase customer retention
- Assist in conducting service meetings and establish department goals and objectives to minimize unapplied time
- Manage shop schedule to meet pace and budget
- Ensure that technicians keep their skills current through manufacturer training, ASE training, and CDK
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all guests and employees and understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service and parts operations and OSHA compliance
- Ensure that proper service sales techniques are being used
- Review and understand the manufacturer's warranty and policy procedures
- Perform all duties associated with the growth of the retail parts business
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of 18 years of age to be able to drive for the company
- Exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 50lbs occasionally, 30lbs frequently, and 10lbs constantly)
