Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Jim Ellis Toyota. As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs through active listening and effective communication.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate vehicles to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options and trade-in evaluations.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to enhance the overall dealership experience.
• Stay informed about the latest Toyota products, features, and promotions.
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
