Responsibilities
Process customer policy change requests.
Property complete acord applications.
Secure quotations using various carrier web rating tools.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Handle customer renewals.
Requirement
- A Property & Casualty license, (Will train the right person)
- Experience completing Acord forms.
- Experience quoting accounts online utilizing various carrier web raters.
- Experience issuing certificates of insurance.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
