Office Manager/ Full Charge Bookkeeper
A 48-year-old established and well-respected local company currently looking for a qualified individual to join our team.
· Responsible for recording & preparing financial records.
· G/L and bank reconciliation, A/P, A/R
· Process payroll, tax payments & payroll reports.
· Manage Human Resources.
· Assist with inventory & purchasing.
· Obtain primary financial data for accountant.
· Other office-related responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
QuickBooks experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
