Jim Hudson Automotive Group needs to hire an Inventory Clerk to work with our Accounting Office! You will be responsible for performing a variety of general accounting and clerical support tasks to help keep the dealership running smoothly. We prefer the candidates who have previous experience in automotive accounting and Reynolds and Reynolds.

Responsibilities - Automotive Inventory Clerk:
- Answer the telephone and emails in a friendly, professional manner
- Responsible for posting wholesales, dealer trades
- Stock in new car invoices from manufacturer.
- Stock in used car purchases
- Reconciling physical inventory to schedules and balancing floor plan statements.
- Daily reconcile payments for vehicles.
- Issuing payment for traded vehicle payoffs
- Reassigning titles
- Tag & Title processing duplicate titles
- Calling banks to follow up on trade titles
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Automotive experience required
- Knowledge of how to code payables from a chart of accounts, expense accounts, accrued accounts etc.
- Attention to detail and organized
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and listening skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
