Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives by promoting Allstate's insurance products to potential customers.
Needs Assessment: Evaluate clients' insurance requirements and provide customized insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
Policy Management: Assist policyholders with their current policies, changes, claims, and other inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
Networking: Increase business by identifying, developing, and maintaining new client relationships through community-based initiatives.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to best serve the clients with the current market offerings.
Requirements
Licensing: Active VA Property & Casualty License is necessary - we can help the right candidate obtain a license.
Experience: Previous experience in sales is required.
