Responsibilities
Engage actively with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.
Utilize effective sales techniques to inform clients about the different insurance policies, answering any questions they may have.
Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Stay informed and educated on industry developments to provide the best possible advice and service.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes in compliance with company guidelines.
Requirements
Licensing : Active insurance license is required, Property & Casualty. Candidates without a license must be willing / able to obtain one.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly beneficial, demonstrating a proven track record in customer engagement and meeting sales targets.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients and convey complex insurance concepts in a simple manner.
Customer Focus : Strong aptitude for understanding and meeting client needs, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively to achieve sales goals.
