Responsibilities
Perform lubrication, oil changes, tire & alignment services, all fluid services, brake services, strut and shock services, and inspectionsEnsure tire pressure for proper inflationInspect and refill fluid levels as necessaryCommunicate needed repairs to Parts and Service AssociatesAssist in maintaining store equipment and tools as neededFill out Electronic Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection formsRotate tires, torque lug nuts, and replace oil and oil filterMaintain a clean working environment as well professional appearance at all timeProvide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's experience comes firstQualifications
Strong customer service with written and verbal communication skillsDeep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilitiesEffective analytical and communication skills with an eagerness to improveAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentOne year in a service department preferred but not requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbout Us

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM to HEAVY in intensity.Must be able to sit / stand / walk for long periods of time.Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.Constant - Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.Frequent - Repetitive motion.Occasional - Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to ~100 lbs.Physical Working Conditions
