What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Representative position at Jim Riehl's Friendly Automotive Group?
We are expanding and looking for a person who wants to join our organization in starting a new position within our BDC.
This person will be responsible for answering incoming internet leads from customers who are looking to sell their current vehicles. In addition, this person will examine service vehicles for potential opportunities.
Duties will include making outbound calls and responding to email leads for customers who have an interest in selling their vehicle. Must be able to understand how to use simple programs for data mining. Strong phone and communication skills are a must.
Since this is a new position we are looking for the right person who can work independently and has a strong work ethic.
