What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries, establishing strong connections to encourage dealership visits.
- Schedule appointments and follow up effectively to ensure customers’ needs are met and appointments convert into sales.
- Follow up with current customers to drive retention and satisfaction, including lease retention, showroom visit follow-up, and phone call follow-up.
- Manage all lead activity in VinSolutions CRM, using our systems to track, follow up, and build customer relationships.
- Collaborate with our sales team to provide a seamless experience for customers throughout their buying journey.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a BDC role, customer service, or sales is preferred, though we’re open to training highly motivated candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are a must.
- Comfortable with technology; experience in VinSolutions is a plus, though training will be provided.
- Ability to work typical dealership hours, with a start time of 8:30 AM. This role includes one late night per week and every other Saturday.
