Jim Riehl's Friendly Cadillac Honda is looking for help in our service department this is a full time job offering about 40 hours per week. The job entails the following help answer and schedule service appointments, call customers to remind them of scheduled appointments, call customer regarding vehicle recalls, road test vehicles, scan service documents in computer system, and pick up and drop off customer vehicles after service work is completed.
