Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintain a well-organized and presentable sales area.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering.
- Ensure all sales transactions are processed correctly.

Qualifications:
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills- Ideally QB and our Monday CRM software.
- Knowledge of the outdoor living or home improvement industry is a plus.
