Responsibilities

- Provide support for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll bookkeeping tasks using accounting software.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office productivity.
- Be comfortable completing forms and paperwork including city contractor registrations, prequalifications, and drug test authorizations.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, especially in the construction or related fields.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, or human resources.
