What You’ll Do
Garment Teardown & Sorting
Sort returned garments to prepare them for cleaning
Empty pockets and ensure all garments are ready for laundry
Laundry & Cleaning
Dry clean and wash formal wear using the appropriate cleaning methods
- Sort garments into loads for optimal care
Mix and apply cleaning agents such as detergent, bleach, and starch
Inspection, Pulling & Stocking
Work in departments including pants, shirts, shoes, and coats
- Inspect garments to maintain quality and appearance
- Pull garments for outgoing orders
Stock cleaned and inspected garments for future use
Shipping
Count, weigh, and measure items for outgoing shipments
- Verify and print information on bills of landing, invoices
- Assemble shipping materials
Receive, store, maintain, and disperse warehouse goods
