Duties
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning.
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and culinary support.
Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to maintain a tidy dining environment.
Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
Participate in regular cleaning duties throughout the kitchen and dining areas as directed.
Skills
