Looking to add new talent to our growing team in Irwin! JSA towing is in search for their next tow truck dispatcher.
This in-office position will be responsible for coordinating tow truck operators to respond to calls from drivers in distress.
About The Job:
- This is an in-office administrative role in the Irwin area.
- Work hours are Monday – Friday from 8am -5pm – NO Weekends!
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to electronic dispatch programs
- Responding to and sending emails
- General office work such as filling and data entry

Requirements
- Prior towing dispatch is a huge plus!
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving

- Proficiency in computer use

- Understanding maps and navigation

- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening
