Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and maintenance, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems. Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair powertrain issues, including engines and transmissions.
- Work with Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) to ensure vehicle safety features are functioning correctly.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve automotive electrical system problems.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and components.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and recommended services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive service practices, including vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with powertrain systems, ADAS technology, and automotive electrical systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.
