In this position, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their automotive service needs and making it a great experience. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and have experience in this field, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting our customers
- Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed
- Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs
- Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell of provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers
- Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business

Requirements
- Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions
- Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.

- You must be able to explain repairs in simple terms to their customers, while also being able to understand technical jargon in order to effectively communicate with technicians.
