Job Title: Full-Time Lot Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time lot attendant at Jim Shorkey Family Auto Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Organization: Organize vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are neatly arranged and easily accessible.
• Inventory Assistance: Assist sales staff with inventory management, including receiving and stocking new vehicles.
• Gas Station Operations: Gas up vehicles as needed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Snow Removal: Remove snow from vehicles during winter months, ensuring they are free from ice and frost.
• Pre-Delivery Preparation: Prepare customer vehicles for delivery by cleaning and inspecting them thoroughly.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties assigned by management, such as washing and prepping vehicles for detailing, and moving vehicles throughout the lot.

Work Environment and Conditions:

This position involves extensive walking and standing (85% of the day), with exposure to outdoor weather conditions regardless of temperature or precipitation.

Hours and Scheduling:

• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Pay: Based on experience and performance

Requirements:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
• Driver's License: Valid PA driver's license with a clean MVR record
• Background Check: Ability to pass a background test and drug screening
• Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attitude: Positive attitude and ability to multitask
