Jim Shorkey North Hills Toyota is in search of an Experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic team and help us continue to provide top-notch service. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their vehicles receive the best possible care.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Greeting our customers
- Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed
- Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs
- Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell of provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers
- Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business
- Maintaining detailed records of services performed and customer interactions.

Requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry is required
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools.
- Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly.
- Exceptional customer service skills based on experience.
- Prior service department experience in a dealership is a plus
