North Hills CDJR is in search of a Warranty Administrator to join our team! We are in search of someone who is responsible, reliable, and will perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This individual prepares records and submits warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciles them accordingly.
Job Duties:
- Coding and preparing warranty claims
- Submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer
- Reviewing warranty accounting schedules
- Posting credit statements and parts invoices
- Preparing the daily deposit (Service & Parts and total score)
