ROLE DESCRIPTION :
State Farm Agent's office seeks an energetic, enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented individual with the hunger & desire to succeed, who would be committed to contributing to a positive and productive team and workplace. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in events, networking to produce potential clients
- Maintain client relations , while also making sure to document client information accurately
- Resolve customer inquiry on the first call by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of policy details and insurance procedures, which significantly improved the customer satisfaction score.
- Generate increase in agency annual premiums by strategically upselling and cross-selling life insurance products, based on customers’ needs. Leverage ECRM tools to track and manage client interactions effectively
- Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction, customer engagement and growth in client base
- Built strong relationships with clients across various sectors, adapting strategies to meet their unique needs and ensuring positive experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous employment in a service / retention and / or sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
