Job Description:
Jim Whitehead's Best One Tire & Service is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Technician to join our team in Greenville, SC. This position will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of all aspects of the onsite automotive repair facility. This includes, but not limited to, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting vehicle issues.
The technician will be required to work onsite at the facility on a daily basis and will be required to work in a safe and timely manner, while maintaining a professional demeanor.

What you’ll do: The technician will be responsible for performing their duties under the direction of the facility manager and/or supervisor. Diagnose, repair, and maintain all aspects of onsite automotive repair facilities.

- Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Attend regular department meetings.
- What we look for: We look for people who are goal-oriented, hardworking, have a high school diploma or GED, are customer service oriented, have good communication skills, and are able to follow directions. We want someone who is organized, has attention to detail, is able to follow processes and procedures, and is able to lift objects weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance. Common tasks include cleaning shop areas, preparing parts for repairs, mounting pictures or video footage on walls or displays, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
