General Description:
Manage, plan, direct, and coordinate commercial operations, including oversight of service, sales, and delivery; personnel management and scheduling; inventory control and requisitioning; review of financial statements and reports to monitor productivity and goals. Execute company plans, strategies, and priorities. Manage customer relations and assist salespeople with accounts. Create opportunities to increase revenue.
Duties Include:
· Personnel Management
· Supervise and evaluate employees
· Purchasing, Budgeting, and Accounting
· Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports
· Manage and reconcile inventory
· Obtain orders by assisting sales personnel with accounts, making calls as needed
· Customer Service: Greet customers, address, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
· Build relationships within the local community
· Determine and implement operational changes to improve operations and reduce costs
· Enforce store policies and procedures
Commercial Location Manager Requirements:
· Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
· Must have a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet company’s insurance requirements
· Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.
· Team-Player: Works well as a member of a group.
· Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
